  • Payments must be made through the payment methods available on the Dukaan platform (UPI, cards, net banking, etc.).

  • Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS/email (as applicable).

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are dispatched.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across selected locations in India.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or courier issues are beyond our control.

  • Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of food products:

  • Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered.

  • Refunds or replacements will be provided only if:

    • The product is damaged during transit

    • The wrong product is delivered

  • To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • Our tea products are intended for normal household consumption.

  • Taste, colour, and strength may vary slightly based on brewing method and personal preference.

  • We are not responsible for misuse of the product or allergic reactions caused due to individual sensitivities.
